Last run at Bluff Creek was right after some heavy rains. I have never seen the water up this high, but it made a fun and interesting adventure. I have been increasing my long runs which has given me a lot more hope of doing well in the next Mother Road 100 race in November. Unfortunately, I haven't been feeling so great this week and am experiencing a minor set back. I have taken four days off from running so far--not too bad as long as I get right back with it. That's all I've got for now, hopefully something exciting soon. Happy running.
